Spoon Bread
Spoon Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. 2% milk, 3 eggs (beaten) or egg beaters to equal 4 eggs, 3/4 c. self-rising corn meal, 1 tbsp. oil and 1 tbsp. molly mcbutter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Scald milk, oil and McButter.
Add corn meal, stirring or mixing until blended well.
Add in the eggs, mix well.
Pour into a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam, or lightly greased with oil.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
