Spoon Bread
Spoon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 2 c. very warm water, 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place yeast in water.
Melt oleo and cream with sugar in large bowl.
Add beaten egg.
Mix together dissolved yeast and cream mixture, then add flour.
Stir until mixed well.
Place in airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator.
When ready to use, spoon in well-greased muffin pans and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
