Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thaw and drain, 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 onion, chopped fine and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Squeeze liquid out of spinach.

Brown beef and onion in large skillet.

Add garlic salt, pepper and salt.

Stir in mushrooms. Cook over low heat 5 minutes; drain off all liquid.

In large bowl, combine tomato sauce, sour cream, basil, oregano, cottage cheese and eggs.

Stir in bacon, spinach and meat mixture.

Add 1/2 cup Parmesan and 2/3 cup of Cheddar cheese; mix well.

Spoon into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheeses.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
