*Spinach with Rice
*Spinach With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spinach, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and dill, 1/4 c. rice, uncooked and 1/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute the onions in heated oil until golden.
Add the spinach which has been thoroughly washed and drained. Add a little water and bring to a boil.
Sprinkle the parsley and dill and add the washed rice.
