Spinach-Tomato Casserole
Spinach-Tomato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 c. milk, 1 c. ricotta cheese and 1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thaw spinach in microwave and squeeze out all water.
Beat eggs with milk, Ricotta cheese and bread crumbs.
Add spinach and mix well.
Use 13 x 9-inch casserole dish; spray with Pam and cover bottom of dish with tomatoes.
Spread spinach mixture over tomatoes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake a 375Β° for 30 minutes.
