Spinach Timbales
Spinach Timbales is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can or 2 1/2 c. cooked spinach, 1/4 c. melted butter or salad oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, few grains pepper and few grains nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain spinach; chop.
Add butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg and horseradish.
Beat eggs; add milk.
Combine with spinach mixture. Pack in greased timbale molds, custard cups or muffin tins. Place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
