Spinach Swinger
Spinach Swinger is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes knox unflavored gelatin, 1 can condensed beef broth, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften gelatin in beef broth.
Stir over low heat until dissolved.
Stir in salt, water and lemon juice.
Gradually add gelatin to Miracle Whip and mix until well blended.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in spinach, onion, eggs and bacon.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with pimento strips.
