Spinach Stuffed Zucchini
Spinach Stuffed Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium zucchini, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. milk and 4 slices bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash zucchini.
Cut off stems.
Drop in boiling, salted water. Cover.
Turn heat on low and cook for 10 minutes or less.
Cool. Cut in half lengthwise.
Remove pulp and chop.
Cook spinach. Drain and squeeze dry.
Combine flour, milk, zucchini pulp and spinach.
