Spinach Stuffed Manicotti

Made with 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, 1 (16 oz.) ricotta cheese, 10 shells manicotti (already cooked), 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce and 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain spinach and mix in large bowl with Ricotta.
Set aside. Combine spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, onion, black olives and green pepper in a medium saucepan.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Then add oregano and garlic; continue simmering.
Stuff manicotti shells with spinach/Ricotta mixture.
