Wash, cook and drain spinach well.

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add butter, flour, milk, salt and baking powder.

Mix well.

Stir in cheese, onion and spinach.

Spoon mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and level off.

Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool off for 45 minutes.

Cut into bite size squares. These freeze well.

Can defrost and reheat for 15 minutes or until hot.
