Spinach Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained, 1/3 stick margarine, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 can sliced mushrooms and 1 carrot, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add margarine to drained spinach.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
If mixture is too loose, add 2 tablespoons matzoh meal.
Pour into greased pan.
