Spinach-Sausage Quiche
Spinach-Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 pkg. frozen spinach, 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated swiss and cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 c. milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown sausage; drain.
Place in deep pie or casserole baking dish.
Heat spinach in microwave until thawed.
Spread over sausage.
Drain first.
Top with cheese.
Blend milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper.
Pour slowly over top of cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Should be golden brown.
Let set for about 5 minutes before serving.
