Spinach Salad
Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 3/4 c. hot water, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1/3 chopped onion, fine and 1 c. chopped celery, fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Thaw spinach.
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese and mayonnaise together thoroughly. Mix jello and hot water.
Add vinegar.
Add vegetables and cheese mixture; mix well.
Pour into greased mold.
Will jell quickly once in mold.
