Spinach Rockefeller is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. spinach (fresh or frozen), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/3 c. bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook spinach and drain.
Put back in pan; add cheese, stirring, over low heat.
Add garlic salt; pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
