Spinach Ring
Spinach Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 4 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/2 lb. grated cheese and 3 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Make a white sauce with milk, butter, flour and cheese.
Add eggs, spinach and bread crumbs.
(After cooking the spinach, pat it in paper towels to remove some of the water.)
Grease a ring mold.
Put mold in pan of boiling water and bake 1/2 hour in 425Β° oven.
