Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. stouffer's spinach souffl, 4 to 5 oz. gruyere cheese (any kind of cheese; i use swiss and cheddar), 3 eggs, well beaten, 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained and 1 pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thaw spinach souffl mix with eggs.
Mix in grated cheese, sausage, mushrooms, etc.
Mix well and pour into frozen pie crust.
Bake at 350° to 375° (depending on your oven) for 35 to 45 minutes or longer.
Bake until top is browned.
