Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 10 eggs, 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 400°. Place butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in preheating oven just to melt, about 3 minutes.
Beat eggs in large bowl; mix in flour, baking powder and salt.
Squeeze thawed spinach very dry and add to egg mixture along with melted butter, chilies and cheeses.
Pour mixture into pan; bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°; bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes to set.
Cut in 60 squares for hors d'oeuvres.
