Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen creamed spinach, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 4 eggs and 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Thaw spinach or cook slightly. Saute onion in butter until just tender. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs and cream with a wire whisk. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add spinach, onions and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
(Pie shell should be frozen or well chilled.) Fill pie shell with egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
