Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 frozen unbaked pie shells, 1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 4 eggs, 1 1/4 c. milk and dash of worcestershire, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thaw spinach; drain well by squeezing water out with hands. Divide spinach equally into bottom of two unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss) into each pie shell.
Mix eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and onions with wire whisk in a bowl.
Pour egg mixture evenly into pie shells.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
