Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 9-inch deep dish frozen pie shell, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain, pressing out excess liquid.
Set aside. Bake the pie shell for 5 minutes at 425°, then remove from oven and reduce heat to 350°.
Stir together the spinach, cheese and mushrooms; pour into the pie shell.
Blend beaten eggs, cream and pepper together.
Pour over spinach mixture and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
