Spinach Pudding
Spinach Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained or fresh chopped spinach, 2 c. cottage cheese, drained, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix spinach, cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan and eggs until well blended.
Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes.
Let sit a little after coming out of oven to meld juices.
