Spinach Patties
Spinach Patties is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can chopped spinach, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. flour, spaghetti sauce and 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine spinach, eggs and flour; mix well until you have a batter.
Pour "pancake-like" patties in hot skillet with 2 tablespoons oil.
Fry until golden brown (approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side).
Take fried patties; place in baking dish. Cover with desired amount of spaghetti sauce and cheese.
Bake at 425Β° for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is brown.
