Spinach Loaf
Spinach Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese and 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook and crumble sausage; drain.
Roll thawed dough out to about 15 x 8-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese over dough, leaving about 1 inch border all around.
Top with sausage and spinach. Bring long sides of dough together; pinch to seal all edges.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet, seam side down, at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.
