Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ricotta, 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided into 1/2 c. and 1 c. portions, 1 beaten egg, 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix the beaten egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.
Brown the beef with the onion.
Add the spaghetti sauce; cook about 5 minutes.
Mix the Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg, spinach and seasonings.
In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, put 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 of uncooked noodles and 1/3 cheese mixture.
Make 2 more layers with cheese mixture on top.
Push away from sides of dish; pour water around edges.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
