Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese, 1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix cottage cheese, spinach, egg, salt, oregano, basil, pepper, parsley and 2 cups cheese in mixing bowl.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread just enough sauce to cover bottom of pan.
Place noodles in bottom (uncooked).
Cover with 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture and some spaghetti sauce.
Place more noodles on top of that and repeat process.
Place last noodles on top and cover with remaining spaghetti and cheese.
Pour 1/2 cup water into pan, cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve.
