Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained, 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained, 2 lb. cottage cheese, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook noodles as directed and drain.
Cook spinach as directed and drain.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bowl.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Place layer of noodles in dish, followed by layer of cottage cheese mixture, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
