Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) container breakstone's 2% cottage cheese, 3/4 c. (3 oz.) kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese, divided, 1 egg, beaten, 1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce (about 2 3/4 c.) and 6 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese and egg. Spread 3/4 cup of the sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 of the spinach, 1 cup sauce and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
