Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix and 1/4 bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a mixing bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and soup mix together.
Rinse spinach and "loosen" it.
Add spinach pieces to sour cream mixture.
Add in bell pepper and cheese.
Mix well. Serve with Ritz crackers.
