Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) container nonfat sour cream alternative, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 1/2 c. chopped red pepper, 1/4 c. chopped scallions and 1 clove garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In bowl, mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, scallions, garlic and liquid hot pepper until well blended.
Cover, chill until serving time.
Serve with crackers.
