Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. dry italian (french's) or knorr's vegetable soup/dressing mix and 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped finely, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all together, adding small amount of salt and 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper.
Top with fresh parsley.
Use with loaf of pumpernickel bread.
