Spinach Cheese Pie
Spinach Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 frozen patty shells, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw patty shells, roll out to fit a 10-inch pie plate.
Cook spinach; drain well.
Combine eggs and Cheddar cheese; beat well. Stir in spinach and onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Turn in shell and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes.
