Spinach Casserole With Fried Onions is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), cubed, 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Thaw spinach and drain well, pressing out moisture.
Mix spinach, cheese, artichoke hearts and soup in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Stir in 3/4 of can of onion rings.
Sprinkle remaining onions on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6.
