Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 egg, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. chopped dehydrated onion and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put cream cheese in a bowl; mix until softened.

Add egg and onion; mix well.

Heat water to boil.

Add beef bouillon; let dissolve.

When water is slightly cooled, add to cream cheese mixture and blend together.

Remember, the water should not be too hot, or it will cook the egg.

You don't want that to happen. Thaw spinach; squeeze out excess water.

Add spinach to cream cheese; mix well.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Put spinach in casserole.

Bake, covered, for 10 minutes at 350Β°.

Remove cover and bake additional 10 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
