Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. spinach juice, 1/2 c. pet milk, 2 boxes frozen spinach, 4 tbsp. margarine and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
In skillet, simmer onions in margarine.
Add flour and Pet milk to onions.
Cook until thick.
Add cheese chunks and all seasonings.
Cook on top of stove until cheese is melted.
Add drained spinach and mix well.
Put in 8 x 8 casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top (if desired).
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
