Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen spinach, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can french fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Cut cream cheese in chunks and add to spinach.
Stir until cream cheese is melted.
Add mushroom soup to spinach mixture.
Fold in 3/4 can of onion rings.
Place mixture in casserole dish and bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Top casserole with remaining onion rings and bake 5 minutes more.
