Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and reserve liquid, 4 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. spinach juice and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt oleo and add flour, spinach juice, milk and onion.
Cook until thick.
Add seasonings and cheese.
Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Add spinach.
Set in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
