Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. spinach (fresh or frozen), 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/2 c. bread crumbs (plain) and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Clean fresh spinach as needed.
Cook as recommended until tender.
Remove spinach from heat.
Drain thoroughly.
Return to pan and add garlic salt and cream cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted and blended with spinach.
Place spinach and cream cheese in buttered 6 x 10 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish.
Spread bread crumbs and 6 dollops of butter or oleo on top of spinach.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
