Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained (3), 1/2 pt. sour cream (1), 1/2 to 2/3 envelope dry onion soup mix (1 envelope), 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix, crushed (1) and 1/2 stick melted butter (1), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix spinach, sour cream and soup mix.
Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with stuffing mix, then butter.
