Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with . ground beef, browned and drained, (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cream of celery soup, (8 oz.) carton sour cream and c. mushrooms, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown and drain ground beef.
Add onions; cook until onions are transparent.
Add mushrooms, seasonings and thawed spinach. Cook until spinach is warmed through.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with cheese; bake at 400Β° until cheese is bubbling.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Add a salad and French bread.
