Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese and 1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat spinach until melted only.
Drain well.
Mix sour cream and onion soup mix and add to spinach.
Put in baking dish and top with crumbs and cheese.
Dot with margarine.
Bake 20 minutes, covered, at 375Β°.
Uncover and bake a little longer until brown. Serves 6 .
