Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Cook spinach as directed on package. In saucepan, saute onion until softened.
Pour cooked spinach in casserole dish.
Mix Philadelphia cream cheese and onions until blended.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and place in oven for 20 to 30 minutes and serve.
