Spinach Bisegnano
Spinach Bisegnano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked, 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese, 1 c. crushed bread crumbs, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/4 c. mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine spinach, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, mushrooms and green pepper.
Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Spread sour cream over top.
Spread 1/2 of spaghetti sauce over top.
Spread 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat another layer of sauce and cheese.
Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
