Spinach Beef Biscuit Bake
Spinach Beef Biscuit Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tube biscuits (the large tube), 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 onion, chopped, 2 eggs and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Press and flatten biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased pan (11 x 7 x 2) and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion.
Drain grease.
While the hamburger is cooking, you can thaw the spinach in the microwave and also prepare the rest of this recipe, just remember to watch your hamburger.
In a bowl, beat eggs.
Add spinach and mushrooms to the eggs and mix well.
Stir in the cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and beef mixture.
Mix well.
Spoon into biscuit crust.
Bake uncovered at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
