Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, 1 c. cornbread stuffing mix, 1/2 c. finely grated swiss cheese, 6 tbsp. butter and 1 small onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute onion in butter.
Combine onion and butter mixture with remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze, uncovered, for 1 to 2 hours. When frozen place in a plastic bag and seal with a twistie tie. Keep frozen until ready to thaw for baking.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Serve with 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of horseradish.
