Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained dry, small bag pepperidge farm herb stuffing, large onions, finely chopped, beaten eggs and c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together and shape into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cook and freeze until solid. Put in bags in freezer.
Defrost before serving.
Makes 100 small balls.
