Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, beaten, 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach, 2 c. herbed dressing mix (croutons), 1 c. parmesan cheese and 2 sticks margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Add softened margarine and mix.
Add cheese and herbed dressing mix.
Mix well.
Add eggs and mix.
Form into bite-size balls. Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until firm.
These may be frozen before baking.
You may need to add more dressing mix if the mixture is difficult to form into balls.
