Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 10 oz packages chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry, 2 c herb stuffing mix (pepperidge farm has great flavor), 1 large onion, grated and 1 c freshly grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Roll into walnut size balls.
Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
Make about 6-8 dozen.
Serve hot.
