Spinach Bake
Spinach Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 regular pkg. lipton onion soup mix, 2 eggs and 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat toaster oven at 350° for 2 minutes.
Layer one half zucchini into bottom of small casserole.
Cover with one half tomato slices, one half pepper slices and 3 slices cheese.
Repeat layers.
Dot surface with butter.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
Serves 6.
