Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spinach Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag spinach, steamed, 2 cans artichoke hearts, not marinated, 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. parmesan cheese and 3 cloves of fresh minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Chop up artichoke hearts, garlic and steamed spinach.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Pour into an 8 x 8 casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes; once the top is browned, remove from oven.
Serve with crackers, baguette style bread or sliced french bread.
