Spinach-Artichoke Casserole
Spinach-Artichoke Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 stick butter, 1 (1 lb.) can artichokes and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spinach as directed on box.
Saute onion in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole.
Stir Parmesan cheese into casserole and also some on top.
